My name is Do Tran Tram Anh, the creator of this blog. If I could describe myself in three words, they would be passionate, curious, and expressive. I love dancing, observing people, and spending quality time around my loved ones. This website is a small window into how I see and feel the world. As a Vietnamese student, I’ve always been fascinated by the human mind not solely as a study subject, but as something to understand and celebrate. That curiosity eventually grew into a purpose. Through experiences in community projects, I have learned the power of empathy and collaboration in creating real impact. My ultimate goal is to use psychology to help Vietnamese people, especially young people, find their voices in conversations about mental health. I hope to help build a culture where expressing emotions is not seen as a weakness, but as a sign of courage.
